Staff: 5 stars

First impressions matter, and the team here nails it. The valet service was exceptionally fast and friendly, taking the hassle right out of arriving in the city. That high level of warm, attentive service carried through the entire stay—every staff member encountered was polished, helpful, and welcoming.

Amenities: 5 stars

The guest rooms are spacious, quiet, and wonderfully appointed. The bedding is plush, the styling is modern with striking abstract art accents, and cozy touches like an armchair and ottoman make it easy to unwind after a day of exploring.

The only minor quirk? Getting to the room can be quite the expedition. Depending on where your door is located (ours was down a rather extensive stretch of hallway), be prepared for a bit of a trek! However, the quiet comfort of the room at the end of that walk makes it well worth the extra steps.

Vibe: 5 Stars

What often elevates a good hotel to a great one are the small touches, and The Logan excels here. Branded stationery and custom pens add a sophisticated, tactile charm to the desk, reminding you of the hotel’s thoughtful design ethos long after you’ve left.

Dining: 5 stars

You don’t even have to leave the property for an incredible meal. The food at the hotel restaurant was nothing short of delicious. Whether you’re fueling up for a day of sightseeing or winding down with dinner, the culinary offerings easily rival stand-alone city restaurants.

The Verdict

The Logan offers a fantastic home base in Philadelphia. With top-notch service, great food, and comfortable rooms, it’s an easy recommendation for travelers who appreciate good design and seamless hospitality. Just be ready to log a few extra steps on your fitness tracker on the way back to your room!
