  On day two of the trip, we drove from Knoxville to Memphis, enjoying vibrant Eastern Redbuds along the way. A lunch stop at In-N-Out Burger was memorable, followed by the regional landmark of a large cross. In Memphis, we savored delicious BBQ at Arnold’s, capturing the city’s essence through urban photography at sunset.
